I worked with Stephanie and Dina and their support and knowledge was very helpful. This was a challenging purchase and Stephanie's communication and responsiveness was remarkable throughout tge process. While I worked with Stephanie primarily, Dina was also very helpful and had good observations when looking at homes.

Ama Agumeh takes her time as she is helping you find your new home. She actively looks for places and makes sure you are updated on those that hit the market early. Ama Agumeh was amazing to work with. She treated us more like family than like a client. We met her at an open house and even though that was not the house we purchased in the end, walking through those doors was one of the best decisions of our house buying process because she became our agent. She was professional and had contacts all through the process to help us with every part of our home buying needs which saved us time and research. Ama made the stress of housebuying much easier. Todd is the perfect combination of professionalism, humor, and a fine eye for presentation. He made made recommendations we would not have considered, and we were far better off for them. He made the whole process very manageable. We cannot recommend him enough.

Long Overdue Recommendation/Praise for our listing agent, Naomi DeLairre, from Barrett Sotheby’s here in town!!! I cannot possibly say enough good things about Naomi and our experience working with her.  Putting our much-loved unique home on the market could have been so stressful.  Naomi clearly laid out the process and carefully listened to all of our questions and concerns.  She is extremely diligent and proactive, and had us well-prepared for listing when the day arrived.  Her attention to detail with the marketing and staging were spectacular - our home, with our own things in it, never looked better.  The effort Naomi put in made us love our home even more and we felt that she had the same appreciation and care for our home that we did.  It is so nice to have the confidence and trust that Naomi’s hard work, caring, excellent communication and planning offered us. I never realized just how much goes into “seamlessly” and successfully selling a home. In addition, Naomi is a fabulous buyer’s agent!  In this crazy market, she offered great wisdom and experience that led us to the perfect solution that perfectly met our goals.  Her extensive market knowledge and incredible patience really paid off! Todd was the best broker we could have hoped for. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, responsive and just wonderful to work with.
