I very much enjoyed and appreciated working with Todd Movsessian. He knew the area and the market in which I wanted to live and he quickly understood the features important to me and the level of importance of each. He quickly identified a perfect new home for me and provided assistance through the entire purchase process remaining available and responsive at all hours of the day and night. He has continued to check on me to be sure the transition is going well and I appreciate that level of expertise and support.
The pandemic has made real estate transactions a bit more complicated, but Todd was extremely sensitive to these issues which sharply reduced any anxiety I might have felt about the coronavirus.

Todd was very keen on listening and understanding our requirements and sent us only those listings which matched our criteria. With his vast experience dealing with houses around our neighborhood, Todd provided a lot of valuable insights during the early days of our search that helped us finalize the home of our choice.
Once we entered into contract for a new construction, he continued to follow up at every critical stage and provided his valuable suggestions. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns and he patiently handled the entire process with a smile on his face always.
We are lucky to meet Todd at the early stages of our home search. If not for his patience, knowledge and attention to detail, we would have struggled to find our dream home. He showed the same energy and passion through out such a long period as we looked at several houses and the one we finalized took several months to complete.

Todd was great to work with to help me sell my home. I had previously used him to buy the home, and knew he was perfect to help me sell it as well. He did a great job highlighting the features of the home that needed to be updated to help improve the value, priced it very well, and helped us sign an offer within 2.5 business days for over asking. Todd made us feel like we were his only client. His expertise and knowledge gave us confidence that he was the right person to help us sell our home. His response time was within 1 hour. He guided us through the whole process from what to do to prepare our home for sale and during the sale itself. Additionally, we had already moved to our new home in CT he did small helpful things like brought in mail that had not been forwarded to us and even mailed it us, checked the heat, and other tasks. We found a new friend; Todd is quite amazing. Buying a new home and then selling your old home is a bit stressful but because of Todd the whole process from beginning to end was swift and smooth. We are so grateful that Todd was the one that assisted us in our home sale in Lexington.
