I had the good fortune to hire Stephanie Blunt as my realtor for the sale of my house in Concord. In the course of managing life's transitions I have had to buy and sell many houses, and had to work with many different realtors. I have no hesitation in saying Stephanie was by far the best.

She went way beyond what one would expect from their realtor. In preparing the house for market, she connected me with affordable but highly competent repair people and made sure they met the timeline we had in mind. Staging was offered free of charge.  Her entire family pitched in with moving stuff around, and her husband even did a few repairs gratis. And on the morning of the first open house, after I called Stephanie in a panic to say I was behind, her husband came directly over to help me with final preparations.

Of huge importance, Stephanie was extremely responsive to texts, calls and emails. On top of all this, she also has a tremendously warm and engaging personality. You'll feel well taken care of and have not an iota of regret if you use Stephanie as your realtor.

Anne was incredibly helpful, encouraging, and flexible throughout our home search, despite the fact that it took longer, and spanned more miles, than we anticipated! She was the perfect broker for a first-time home buyer, and her expertise provided us with the patience and knowledge of the market required to find our perfect home, particularly in the current environment. Anne was fantastic and we would recommend her to friends looking in the area.
