We are new to the area. We weren't sure what to do and were hearing conflicting information. A friend referred us to Barbra, and as soon as we talked with her, we knew we were in good hands. She answered all of our questions and was interested in understanding our needs and wants.
Barbra went above and beyond. She told us about deal-breakers that we should be aware of, guided us through the process every step of the way, and was always available for questions. In 2022, a sellers market like no other, she explained the status of the market, the shape our offer should have to be competitive, and provided tons of comps when it was time to make an offer.
In addition, Barbra is a pleasure to work with. She is always kind and patient with all our questions.

There’s no one else I would trust to help me buy a house, especially as a first-time buyer. Anne was patient in answering all of my questions and was timely in organizing showings as well. I’m so grateful for her help and expertise, and above all, we only put in an offer on one of the many properties we viewed and we got it! That’s the work of an expert. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent when buying a home and I would certainly go to her again in the future.

We converted our two family into condo units 49-51 Neillian St. Daria was very knowledgeable with the condo conversion process. She recommended a law firm which handled the process and sale of 49. We plan to sell #51. this early summer. Daria has kept us updated current sales in the area. I plan to contact her this month to start the preparation for the sale.
