I seriously can’t say enough good things about Anne! She really listened to what we wanted and brought so much energy to every showing. Terry is very detail oriented. She worked very hard to maximize the sale of this beautiful condo. I did not want to leave my home but health issues made it necessary and patience and knowledge of this difficult situation are imperative.
Terry did a beautiful job staging and marketing my condo. Resulting in very happy buyers who paid full asking price in a tough competitive. winter holiday market. I have worked with a few other agents over the years. Terry is very knowledgable and she is by far the hardest working sellers agent of all.
