I met Laura when I went to an open house on my own. I was immediately drawn by her warmth, sense of humor and knowledge of the Concord-Acton area. She has been a long-term resident of Concord and takes pride in Concord and the surrounding area. I was unfamiliar with the area and my husband had not moved to Massachusetts at that time. Laura was always positive, kind and knowledgeable. I had just come out of the hospital, and was convalescing from a serious illness when we first met. She was an excellent listener, and helped my husband and me find what we were looking for, quickly, and with a minimum of stress. She also knew just what we needed to do to get our house ready for sale, and make it as attractive as possible to potential buyers. We followed her advice to a "T", and and within 48 hours we had 7 offers, and found what we think was the perfect buyer for our beloved home which we had lived in for 29 years. Laura always went above, and beyond for us, and we would both recommend her highly. She was especially good at identifying and managing the complex set of tasks needed to get our house ready to be put on the market, which included deep cleaning of the house and of all vents, painting floors in garage and cellar as well as the entire interior of the house, special washing of windows, cleaning of all heating and air conditioning vents, repairing masonry in fireplace, identifying items for staging, preparing documents for prospective buyers and their agents, having unneeded furniture removed from the house, and managing the showing of the property at a time of Covid 19. She always responded promptly to our calls, texts and emails.

Laura is very pleasant and resourceful. She is generous with her time, and very knowledgeable. She is able to view the big picture, while keeping track of the details. She has no end of contacts to share for any household maintenance task. I highly recommend her!

Laura was truly wonderful in helping us through the complex process of selling our house and buying a new house and moving our busy school-age family to a new neighborhood. She was amazingly present and incredibly hands-on and helpful at every stage. She has an incredible knack for staging, which led to the quick sale of our house.
