I strongly recommend Paula Viglirolo Carter to anyone seeking to sell a property. She did such a wonderful job helping me sell my late aunties' house that I asked her to help me sell my own condo, following a move to another state. Paula helped me identify what renovations were needed to present the property best, how to price it, how to assess bids, and how to come to a final decision. She exceeded my expectations and shepherded the sale through extraordinary times. We went to market on March 6, completed the sale over that weekend, and closed in mid-April. We met Diane about two years ago at an open house we were visiting and she was easily the most personable and attentive realtor we had interacted with. She took the time to meet with us at that time to go over our needs, wants, and timeline. Given the market at that time, we decided to wait until now to seriously look into homes and she answered our call immediately and picked up right where we left off! I'm, admittedly, very picky and detail oriented and warned her that this would be a long and arduous process, especially as we were not working with a significant budget. While on the phone catching up she found a home for us to look at and in 5 days we made had an accepted offer on our forever home. She did magnificently well dealing with quite difficult sellers and always made us feel supported through the process which was huge for us, as this is our first home. I could not recommend her enough to anyone in the market as her knowledge, connections within the industry, and personality are second to none.

I felt Patti Salem was excellent from the minute I met her. She was direct, clear and professional. I felt she listened to what mattered to me. She heard me and this was very important to me. I have already recommended her to others.
