Diane was very encouraging when I was fearful of not selling because of the pandemic, she was encouraging and accurately portrayed the situation and its potential all along the way.
She was friendly, professional, and good at assessing the situation. Especially compared to other agents I had used in the area when I put cashed the property with whom I was not successful in creating a positive relationship. Diane made me feel that she understood me. That is so important.

George was a pleasure to work with in the process of selling our home.. We knew back in December it would be a long road to travel between cleaning out the house to major work to get it ready. All through the path you had helpful guidance and a great pool of resources to help get the project done. From roofers, cleaners, septic engineers, and even re-acquaintance to an old family friend with the dumpster service! We got it done but it would not have happened without his guidance, friendship and leadership throughout the process.
