After living in my home for 33 years the decision to sell was not an easy one. It was one mixed with a lot of personal emotions. At first I was a little resistant to some of the suggestions / recommendations given to me but in the end they were ones that made my home sell very quickly and for $40 K above listing price. She was also helpful in recommending other professionals (lawyer, carpet repair, etc). The whole process ended up pretty seamless!

From our very first meeting with Katie Tully, my husband and I were impressed by her breadth of knowledge on the local market and on the home selling process in general. She made early recommendations that we feel, in the end, made the process run so smoothly for us. It wasn’t the most simple purchase/sales transaction. We were selling both our primary home and our vacation property and purchasing a new home in a different area. Despite the logistical challenges of all of this, Katie balanced the important dates and contingencies so that we didn’t encounter any unforeseen problems. She was meticulous with every detail as well as being kind and understanding about the emotional toll that selling a home can take on a family. Beyond that, she helped us to stage and make minor improvements on the property and guided us to a listing price that attracted many potential buyers. We ended up under agreement in about a week for nearly $200k over our asking price. I can’t recommend Katie Tully highly enough! We are very grateful for her efforts!

I think Katie's experience as a professional in the finance world is an important differentiator. As a professional, I felt very comfortable that she would balance professionalism with consideration that this was also personal (my family's home). Her communication was prompt, clear and direct. I didn't have to guess. I knew she had my family's best interests at heart.
Katie was "on it" from start to finish. She made smart recommendations (from staging to negotiations etc) and the whole process was seemless. She clearly has a unique skillset and is a huge asset to your organization. All too often, I've been subject to other agents who say "it will work out - don't worry" and, while it may, I have two young children to think about and leaving it up to chance is not an option for me. (During the last time I was in the market, the agent I used at the time said just that (don't worry) and left me exposed without a home with a baby and toddler so that was not happening again.) Katie respected my concern and provided clear suggestions and feedback. She made it so easy!
