Diane is awesome! We were able to sell our house with ease and able to negotiate timelines that we needed in effort to provide some flexibility to us with building a house and moving. She accommodated schedules and was ultra careful with the logistics of showing our home during the pandemic, going above and beyond to ensure our safety and the safety of the interested parties. She always looked out for us in the purchase of our new home, knowing our personalities and what mattered to us (and what should matter to us as a mom who knows what parenting will look like down the road!) My wife says several months later she still pinches herself that we get to live in our new home and the town that we love so much.

I would have selected Kris Alaerts as my agent regardless of his brokerage affiliation. I trusted his business sensibility and his sensitivity to my specific needs and requirements.
Kris presented me with a well thought out and clearly delineated strategy for getting my place on the market quickly and for pricing it in a way that would generate a lot of interest. As a result, the property had several offers within days of the initial listing, and the open house Kris organized on the third day yielded several very enthusiastic offers. I think it was genius to offer the strongest bidders a chance to make a “best and final offer” before selecting a buyer’s offer and entering an agreement.
I suppose Kris had the complete support of the staff at Sotheby’s, but as far as I could see he was the ringleader and star of the show.

As someone who appreciates gaining perspective, Diane is amazing at reminding you of what your dreams and wishes were for a new place when you first started the journey to keep you grounded and not settle for something simply because it can be easy to settle. She pushes you to think about the decision from all angles and then helps you to see where it fits best with your hopes and needs. Diane was wonderful to work with! I was going through a very challenging time and quite frankly panicking a bit. Barbra was by far the best agent we've ever worked with. She went above and beyond time and again during our home purchase process. We relocated from CA to MA which made life particularly chaotic; I don't think I would have been able to manage it all without Barbra's help. Katie was terrific throughout the entire process. When we were casually looking over the past year she sent us very helpful information about potential properties of interest coming to market. Once we did decide to act she made both the purchase and sale process fully seamless, and helped calm our nerves during the more stressful aspects. I could not recommend her highly enough.
