At my first visit with Anne Spry, I could tell she knew her craft. From convincing me and my sister to stage the house ( I admit I was skeptical) to properly pricing the property, Anne has a total grasp of the marketplace. Whenever we had questions Anne had the answers. The sale of the house for considerably more than the asking price could not of gone any smoother! In the future my next property will be sold by Anne and her staff!!!

Diane Cadogan Hughes was recommended by a coworker as the best broker she had ever worked with - we haven't worked with a broker before but Diane was absolutely amazing!! She was extremely supportive and responsive every step of the way, answered every question we had, recommended a mortgage broker we LOVE and ended up getting a mortgage from, recommended an excellent mortgage attorney, and went above and beyond getting information for us from both the broker and the attorney when things went weird (as they always do). Despite the inordinately long closing time frame, we never felt like we were getting anything less than 110% of her effort. We absolutely love Diane and will recommend her enthusiastically to everyone we know!

Katie was on top of everything from staging the house to communicating with us on open houses and potential buyers comments.
The negotiations were quick and the closing went very smoothly.

Barbra Weisman’s knowledge of the area and the state of the market, combined with a quick understanding of our priorities made her an obvious choice for our realtor. After speaking with her, we didn’t consider working with anyone else. With her professionalism, lovely personality, and great sense of humor, Barbra was a pleasure to work with.
She has excellent communication skills. We were never left waiting for information or an answer. We expected a high quality experience, and we certainly received one. AND, we love our new house!

Peter Morano has been fantastic. He knows a lot about the local market, he is easy to communicate with, got back to us quickly, and always willing to make time to chat.
