Our experience with Diane Cadogan Hughes was absolutely excellent. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our selection of Diane from our initial phone conversation through closing. She was both realistic and optimistic, had excellent and specific advice (clean and paint the basement; wash windows; leave kitchen paint color and many other things as is, staging) in preparing for the first open house. The price she suggested was realistic, based on equivalent properties in the area, and the brochure she created was stunning. Because I've been in marketing for decades I was concerned about the write-up of the property, but it was spot-on: positive and appealing; enticing yet realistic. There was nothing I would have changed. The process of showing people was efficient and effortless; we would receive a text us about an upcoming visit, giving us the option to decline or suggest an alternative time if needed. Clearly she knows the ins and outs of the area and was able to sell the town (Bedford) as well as our property. Holding regular open houses was important to us, and Diane was excellent in that regard as well. She sold our house in just a few weeks for an excellent price. Throughout the process, it was an absolute pleasure working with her. While selling a house can be particularly stressful, she made it as seamless as possible, with much value added. Her recommendations for window washers, places to donate furniture, movers, fire department inspectors, etc. were also so helpful. Whenever we mentioned her name, people immediately responded and provided us with prompt and excellent service and pricing. We give her our absolute highest ratings in every aspect of this experience.

Mary helped us find a rental when we first moved to MA. I initially contacted her to help us find a rental. Mary was impressive off the bat - totally on the ball and exceedingly competent. When it was time to buy a house, Mary was the obvious choice. She worked hard to help us find the right house and led us through the tricky art of bidding. I’ve read that one of the most stressful events in a person’s life is moving. For me, that was true, and that stress was alleviated with the help of Raminder Bhatia. He was able to accomplish that through action:

Mr. Bhatia was very knowledgeable with the area's of my house search and gave me the pro's and cons of each place. I really appreciated all the time and hard work he spent in searching and ultimately finding my house which I am very grateful for. I would recommend Mr. Bhatia to family and friends because of his very kind manor and hard work he puts in when looking for houses. Before Raminder, I had been looking for homes for a couple of years with multiple realtors with no luck. He found my house in only a couple of months which tells you something, he's an excellent and hard working realtor and won't give up until the right house is found!

Raminder spent over 8 months with me searching for the perfect home. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly. I put in over 7 offers that were not accepted but that did not discourage Raminder. We continued submitting offers until we found the perfect fit. When my wife and I went to buy a house, we were nervous about many things. Whether we could afford the home, what to look for, is it a good value? When we met Raminder we weren't sure what to expect, though he came highly recommended by a cousin that had great success with him. After the first two weeks, we really felt like Raminder was part of our team. When we walked into a house we initially thought was good, he pointed out flaws and gotchas in the house that opened our eyes to what we need to evaluate for future houses. We learned in the process what would make a house a HOME, and how to trust that feeling. When it came time to buy our home, he was tenacious and fought for us to get the home we wanted.
