Amy and her partner Kim did an oustanding job and I would hire them again for two primary reasons: 1) they really know the market. Selling your home can be emotionally difficult. Working with brokers helps you maintain some emotional distance from folks who may not see your home exactly like you do. Running open houses, private tours, answering buyer questions (sometimes endless and tedious) and assisting with negotiations is valuable. Stephanie and Dina really understood our perspective on things and helped us navigate this emotional and financial minefield much better than we could have done on our own. Absolutely would not have sold our house for as much or as quickly as we did with them.
