Joan Meyer was very understanding of my situation as a widower wanting to sell my house after 33 years of living in it. She guided me on what I absolutely had to do as well as what I could do to make the property more saleable. Her reccomendations of a painter, handyman, floor refinisher, and cleaner were excellent.
