Jackie Hawkinson was incredible. She understood immmediately my concerns and questions. She stood by me all the way through the difficult process of selling my house. If you’re moving to Concord, you need to work with Sarah! She is an incredible resource and a true wealth of local knowledge—from town rules that first-time buyers wouldn’t know to the best local spots for dining, dry cleaning, and everything in between. Whenever we considered homes that needed work, she always had thoughtful recommendations and insights that made us feel confident in our decisions.
Sarah was unbelievably patient as we figured out what we really wanted, and she gave us great guidance without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We first met Mark when we inquired about a listing that was his. That house didn't work out but Mark said he could help us find a place. My family went through a tough time during Covid and our credit was less than ideal. We also have a large dog and two small children. We approached everything with caution (thinking a lot of brokers wouldn't want to help us) but Mark immediately stepped up to the challenge. It was a long and hard process but in the end, Mark came through and got us a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! And he did it with kindness, patience and heart the entire time! We will 100% work with him again when we are looking to buy. We are so grateful!

Frances Denby was outstanding. She was there for us every step of the process. She explained in detail how the property is evaluated to arrive at the listing price. She was great at marketing the property by communicating to other brokers and arranging open houses. The property received multiple offers and was sold within less than two weeks.
What impressed us the most was her strategy and her network of resources preparing the property for listing. She referred various contractors to us. They were all excellent and effient which was very important to meet the target date for listing.
