Cil Cangiano did an excellent job in handling our sale. We had a complicated timeline due to a scheduled surgery and a mandatory period of recovery. Cil took the time to listen to us and understand our needs and then a established a marketing plan that worked for us. Our house attracted a good deal of interest and we received an offer above asking price! But best of all, thanks to Cil’s efforts and negotiating skills our buyers allowed us to stay in our former home until we were finally able to move.
Cil’s communication skills are exemplary and no question went unanswered. It was truly a delight to work with Cil.

Lilia was very supportive. She helped a lot with finding the critical information for both P&S and signing too. Worked really well with our attorney to give us the best possible service. Anne was fantastic to work with as was her assistant Max. She was trustworthy, thoughtful and communicative. We were selling my mothers house when she had broken her hip. Anne was more than accommodating and helped us with everything. She even helped to move furniture for photographs. Anne goes above and beyond. We felt extremely comfortable in her hands.
