Anne and her team worked very closely with us. As a relocation move we had to rely heavily on Anne's expertise as well as her deep knowledge of the local market. I've known Mary Brannelly for a number of years and trust her judgement completely. She in fact served as our broker when we originally purchased the house just sold, 25 years ago. Before the process began, Mary listened carefully to my needs and expectations and demonstrated that she internalized everything she had heard. Mary has an excellent handle on the local market and was able to provide an extremely thorough assessment of the market value of my home. She also wisely guided me on how to prepare the house for showing, including what furnishings to maintain for maximum effect during the selling process. This is a letter in praise of one of your most resourceful, compassionate and patient Realtors. I asked Barbara Grande Bennett to help me with the selling of my parents’ home. The house sold rather quickly but in the interim of trying to get everything held together, she helped my parents tremendously.  My parents were ill, not to mention that I lived out of State. She went above and beyond anything that any Realtor I have ever had contact with would do. She would report back to me if anything new developed with my parents. Barbara became my angel. She made sure that I held together and was always there for me when I returned to MA to clear my parents’ home.  My sincere thanks and gratitude go to Barbara.

Barbara Bennett handled the sale of our house.
