We absolutely could NOT have navigated through designing, repairing, updating, listing, showing, OPEN HOUSE(ing), negotiating, SELLING, and then working through ALL of the recommendations for legal council, contracting, P&S(ing), final agreement...and then tieing up ALL of the loose ends in the final stretch, were it not for HEIDI!
Through ALL of her expert coaching and guidance, Heidi remained calm and confident, and she communicated regularly and effectively, all of which translated to VERY happy sellers! She knew the RIGHT time to list and her perdeptions and knowledge of the market brought a final purchase price that FAR exceeded our wildest imagination!
