I have dealt with at least 10-12 realtors buying and selling property. Ama is the best agent I have ever had. She is honest, she is transparent and she actually REALLY tries to help, and goes out of her way to help more than any agent I have met. In fact, Ama was patient and explained all the paper work to me prior to signing. She has gone out of her way to help. Patient, kind, andtruthful about everything. Where in the past I haven't had this experience.

Mary-Lou has been a delight to work with from start to finish.
After some initial reservations she proved how good she is! through building trust and respect for her many capabilities. The experience and market knowledge was invaluable on establishing the selling price. Mary-Lou ensured the right staging was set up and paid attention to the detail. Throughout the process she sought feedback and listened well and diligently kept us abreast of potential sale opportunities. Mary-Lou's worked tirelessly, focused and proactively addressing problems as they came up including going to the town office to resolve a problem that was key for the sale to go through.
