We couldn't be happier with Dolores Granato's role in helping us sell our home and buy our new home. She was extrememly thorough with her research to find the right listing price for the market, and she guided us in preparing our home for maximum appeal to buyers and brought some staging items to finish off the look. She was extremely professional working as the liason between us and the agents for the buyers of our home, as well as us and the agent for our new home. We had a wonderful experience working with Anne! As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing but Anne talked us through everything and held our hands through the entire process. Elaine has a long history with, and extensive knowledge of, the local real estate market. (We had used her for a previous rental property and eventual house sale many years ago.)
She put together an incredibly comprehensive competitive analysis of properties like ours and made important recommendations about how to prepare it for sale.
Elaine was always quick to communicate status updates, explain details of the listing & sale process, and respond to our questions.
In the process of searching for our next property we met a lot of other real estate agents and really came to appreciate how much better she was than many of them.
