Daria Miano did an exceptional job. This was an inherited property which added one complication to the sale, and I do not live in the area which added another complication. I appreciated Joan's knowledge of the local market, which added depth to my assessment of candidate properties. In the end, her advice in the offer-making process ended up being key to securing my purchase. The property I bid on had 15 offers, 4 with escalation clauses.
