From start to finish, KC Winslow provided excellent communication and support. She is detailed-oriented and very knowledgeable about the current real estate market. With many offers to choose from, I believe the seller selected mine because of KC's experience and advice on how to make my best offer. Though every phase of the sale process KC was marvelous! She helped us ready the house for sale including hands on staging. The house looked marvelous when it went on the market, She explained the process, set a reasonable price and worked very hard on every detail, She is a positve, patient person and I can't imagine a better realtor!
