My wife and I employed the services of Gerry Wilcox from Barrett Sotheby's in the summer of 2017 to find a tenant for our investment condo. We have worked with many real estate brokers since 1982 on a number of residential and commercial transactions. Gerry stands out as one of the very best. Her experience, politeness, and professionalism put us at ease right away. She demonstrated great skill in evaluating tenants, providing us with all relevant documents, and advising us in every aspect of the process. Gerry is the only real estate professional I have ever known whose assistance did not end after the transaction. Months later, we experienced a harsh cold spell which caused a heating emergency for our tenant. Gerry called me to check in, and offered the use of space heaters (which were sold out of stores by then), saving the day for me and my tenants, who had two small children. We were, and still are, greatly appreciative of her efforts. We will definitely call upon Gerry's services again when the need arises. It is truly a pleasure working with her. The Maurer Widell Team went above and beyond! Not only did they find us a great home we absolutely love, they went out of there way to help us think through the home buying process as this was our first time.
