I was selling a relative's house in Acton and was not familiar with the area. A friend recommended Linda. The house needed work and I relied on Linda's recommendations for painters, cleaners, etc. We were able to get the house on the market quickly and after an open house had multiple offers. Nancy Nygard was also a huge part of the documentation and communication. She was very attentive
