Linda VanEmburg has now sold three properties for me in Acton. First my mom's, second my own home and third my friends who made me the trustee. Upon my sister's recommendation for my mom's home, as Linda as her friend, I reluctantly decided to have her come in and give me her assessment to appease my sister's wishes. After meeting with Linda, it was VERY apparent she took a great interest in the home and perceived it AS I PERCEIVED it !! I asked her the listing price she'd do and it was far above the other agent I had gotten one from. She was spot on AND we got more than what she put it om for! Anna Travias is simply AMAZING! She is smart, wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and a dream to work with! We know first hand since we briefly worked with another agent from a different company and there was no comparison!
It was a stressful time for us as we sold the house we built and lived in for over 25 years as well as the onset of Covid-19. She truly made this hard situation go so much smoother with all her wonderful ideas and exceptional attention to details. Anna Travias is so knowledgeable and educated me every step of the way. Everything from the local area to finishes and construction information that will eventually factor into the resale value of my home. She is a great teacher! I relocated from out of state and she made the process effortless. From the first time I spoke with her, it was like I was just catching up with an old friend. She was on-time for every appointment, well prepared and didn't hesitate to give me an honest assessment - whether is was the property value, what I could do to renovate or if she truly saw it fitting what I needed/wanted. There was never a time that I felt she was "selling me" to make a commission which I am so thankful for. I would recommend Anna, without hesitation, to anyone I know.

Anthony is honest and hardworking. He is always available to answer any questions and if he doesn't know the answers, he will find out and get back to you. He was very dedicated to the sale of our house and we felt like he was definitely our partner and as invested personally as we were and always there to offer emotional support.
