Despite the fact of hot sellers market the home we decide to sell was built few years back and it was substantially overpriced to compare with surrounding neighborhood which was a quite a challenge, not to mentioned that it has somewhat not so typical floor plan as well as construction material and finishing. At my first visit with Anne Spry, I could tell she knew her craft. From convincing me and my sister to stage the house ( I admit I was skeptical) to properly pricing the property, Anne has a total grasp of the marketplace. Whenever we had questions Anne had the answers. The sale of the house for considerably more than the asking price could not of gone any smoother! In the future my next property will be sold by Anne and her staff!!!
