Our experience with Anne could not have been better. She was so knowledgeable, supportive, honest, responsive, helpful, nimble, etc. I've already recommended her to a close friend also looking to sell. Anne had us so well prepared to list our house. We had an excellent experience with Anne. Her local knowledge and negotiating skills were invaluable, and her advice on what to do (and not do) to prepare the house to show was all spot on. We were under agreement well over asking price after the first weekend! Lesley is great, she helped us five years ago to sell our house when we had to move to California. A couple months ago we decided to move back to Massachusetts and with the pandemic happening getting on a plane didn't sound so great.
Lesley did a search for us, took care of basically everything for us. She was there for the inspection and was our eyes and ears. We basically bought a house online. This is how much we trust Lesley. I don't know we would have been able to do this without her.
