Lesley is easy to talk to, punctual, and makes us both feel very comfortable and respected during the house search process. Lesley is amazing! This is the second home she has helped us purchase and also assisted with renting our condo. The process of both selling and purchasing simultaneously is very complicated and stressful. Working with Lesley Smith made this process come together smoothly. We looked at many properties before settling on the Navy Yard. We had to move dates multiple times and Lesley was ahead of it every step of the way. I highly recommend working with I-Ching. I was away when the house we purchased went on the market. She immediately went to go see it and gave me her professional opinion as a real estate broker AND architect which was incredibly, incredibly valuable. From that moment all the way through to the closing she made herself available for all questions in a responsive and timely manner. Buying a house in this market is very emotional, and this house in particular had me pretty hyped up. I-Ching was attentive and empathetic as I worked through the offer, financing, subsequent house visits and the closing. I'm so happy to have worked with her and would highly recommend her as a trusted partner in your search for your new home!!

We could not have chosen a better and more perfect agent to sell our house. She went above and beyond what one would expect. We were living in another state and she literally took care of everything. She was always friendly, kind and knowledgeable in all the aspect of the sale. It was a real pleasure to work with her. We know that the whole process would have been very stressful were it not for I-Ching being such a great agent.
