I-Ching made the process of selling our home and downsizing so smooth with amazing results. She had a great marketing strategy and positioned the listing well for the current housing market situation. She guided us through the process of decluttering and preparing the house for a well-staged showing with expert consultation and professional photographer that made the house look like a feature highlighted in a high-end architectural magazine. When we received multiple offers during the first weekend of showings, she masterfully managed the buyers and got us top dollars with unbelievable final offers. She also connected us with great real estate law firm to handle the legal paperwork flawlessly. I-Ching is professional, responsive and warm who listened to our concerns and able to help us navigate this complex and emotional process. She also assisted us in finding a great apartment to move into since we were not ready to purchase another property during this time. Overall, it was a joy working with I-Ching!

I-Ching helped me to buy my first house post-divorce in an extremely competitive real-estate market. She was kind, patient, and above all, knowledgable. Sheena Santos was a pleasure for us to deal with during the sale of our home, especially considering it was a tough time of year to sell, and a time sensitive job change/relocation. She is patient, polite and persistent, even when we were not! Her knowledge of Bedford real estate and the town itself is outstanding. This is the second time we have worked with Sheena. Because the condo we bought needed some work Sheena was always available to let us back in before the closing so we could get measurements and meet different trades. Sheena was very helpful in getting the work started as soon as we closed. I would recommend Sheena to my friends and family.
