Sheena was great about keeping us very optimistic about the time it took to sell house....we felt house would go really quick but because of the time of year,around the holidays it took a little longer, which actually worked out better for us.
Selling our family home of almost 60 years was very bittersweet an a little heartbreaking..... but Sheena was so great an totally understanding throughout the whole process.
Sheena was great about giving us plenty of notice on showings that worked into our schedules... Took numerous weekend days to plan an do open houses.

Sheena Santos helped us buy our first home recently and she did a great job. As first time buyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. Sheena was excellent and I was impressed the moment I met her. Sheena was not pushy but has the confidence in herself and knows the business and it enabled me to trust her as I don’t know much regarding real estate and how to sale a house. Sheena did a beautiful job staging the house and has great instincts.
I will never be able to thank Sheena enough for all her hard work and helping me get through the process. Sheena is very professional but is also very kind and caring and is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and gave me excellent advice to help sell the house. Sheena is very hardworking but was always available and with such a positive attitude.

My wife and I thought the cost estimate was high, but Sheena (and her partner, Emily) ensured us that in this hot market, there's a good chance we'll get offers that exceed the cost estmate/asking price. (The two other market value assessments we received were lower.) They ended up being correct.
They negotiated well with the offerors (we were selling a rental property with an occupied apartment), and were able to get them to agree the apartment doesn't need to be vacated by closing; this was a major victory.
