Michelle is the type of realtor that will go the extra mile to sell your property for the right price. She knows the market and actively takes additional courses in order to stay up to date. She is an excellent negotiator. Lastly her biggest asset is her ability to stage a house so that it looks warm and inviting.

We would highly recommend Michelle as a realtor. She is a rare realtor with many distinguishing qualities.
Michelle was a great broker for us for several reasons. She was involved and very helpful at every stage of the selling process. Most realtors would only give advice but Michelle went above and beyond. She participated actively in all activities, even coming to stores with us. That is not something every realtor does. This reduced a lot of stress on us. It didn't feel like a business deal with Michelle. She quickly aligns herself with the customers goals.
Specifically, she has a good eye in interiors and recommended the right improvements. She does a good job of helping the customer decide the sale price. She is also a great negotiator with the different offers we got. From a communication standpoint, Michelle is excellent and prompt. We have nothing but glowing things to say about Michelle.

As referenced in the previous comment, the final transaction was preceded by an earlier contract on which the buyer defaulted. Michelle and the team stayed very positive during this process which significantly reduced my stress level. Michelle is a excellent listener and took my suggestions and concerns seriously.

Terry was a great advisor and advocate through our process. Terry Perlmutter is a true star when it comes to selling our condo. She came well prepared to the first meeting having studied the market in our area. She did a superb job in every aspect of selling our house - from the opening proposal through the closing details. We are indebted to Terry for the guidance she provided in getting our house ready to go on the market - pushing us just the right amount to do the work that she rightly understood would have the most impact. More than just providing guidance, however, Terry took a hands-on approach to the staging process, overseeing and doing much of the detail. The end result - both the appearance of the house and then - in short order - the sale - exceeded our expectations. In brief: Terry was excellent by any and all measures.
