Terry did an excellent job for us. It wasn't simple to coordinate since we were out of town sellers spread across a couple time zones. Terry guided us from start to end and was always available when needed. She was a terrific resource throughout and put in many hours in order to bring us to a successful close. Terry was very helpful and understanding of our needs and really helped us to prepare our property for sale. She gave us helpful advice and her understanding of property values in the area was a real asset. It was so helpful to meet with her and to make a plan for the sale of our house. Terry made many suggestions that made my house more attractive to prospective buyers and she directly made contact with providers like painter, window washer, carpet cleaner etc. I don't think I could have done it without her.
