Terry Perlmutter made all the right calls when it came to selling our home of 30 years. She guided us to make certain improvements before putting our house on the market, and her timing and pricing we're excellent. Terry approached the sale if it were her own home - she went to great lengths to stage it perfectly, and she planned the Open Houses with precision. All the materials that she produced with photographs and write-ups were beautiful. There were so many details that she managed for us, and all her work produced 5 offers in less than 5 days.
Terry Perlmutter is a real professional with exquisite judgement and impressive business acumen. She has been selling real estate for a long time, and she understands the market and the buyers better than anyone we know. She was always available to us, and was often found moving furniture around our house to make it more desirable. No job was too big or too small for her to tackle. Because Terry Perlmutter was recommended so highly, I did not “audition” other realtors. She appreciated with sensitivity my circumstances and treated me with care and respect. There was a problem at closing, but Terry stayed on it until it was solved. I would ( and have) recommended her to any one looking for a competent and caring agent to sell their home. She earned every cent of her commission!

Terry was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process and the Boston area. She took the time to understand our needs and with our budget was able to recommend some great suburbs to consider. We ended up with an amazing house that checked many of our boxes and we remain extremely excited about living in our house and area. Terry consistently communicated with us during the process and even after close. She has had several reputable connections to service our other needs as well around the house. Terry was recommended to me, and was among several agents from other agencies that I was considering. Terry was the broker who sold our home in Sudbury almost five years ago--and she found Concord Commons for us, which turned out to be a great place for us to move into. Several months ago, we decided that we needed to move to a condo at Concord Commons in another building, so didn't think twice about who we would pick as our broker. Terry did a great job in negotiating our purchase of Unit 313 at Concord Commons, knowing what we had to do to make our offer was attractive to the seller. She also did a fabulous job in selling Unit 301. She has stayed with us even after the move to be sure that we were settling in well.
Terry staged the condo that we were selling, providing some furniture and accessories that hugely enhanced the appearance of our condo. I've never seen anything like it, and this, of course, enabled us to receive a higher purchase price than we otherwise would have gotten.
Karen Wallace represented the seller of the unit we purchased, and we enjoyed working with her, as well. She was always accommodating.
