Nancy Gitto-Panagiotes walked me through each and every step of the process and provided both personal and professional guidance and support along the way. She allowed me to dictate the timing and process as I was able and emotionally ready. In a time where many businesses are inaccessible, Nancy Gitto-Panagiotes was continuously in touch to keep me aware of every step. She marketed the property beautifully, and we were well prepared to show the home as it became active on MLS. Cherrie Murra has been a realtor for most of her adult life and brings with her a lot of experience and expertise. I have known Cherie Murra for over 4 years. She helped me to rent a 1 BR unit in Yankee Village, Acton. As an out-of-state investor, when I decided to sell all my investment condos ( total of 4 units), I contacted a number of agents and decided to hire her for selling. All units were occupied and needed to be renovated before the sale. She helped me with finding the contractor, working closely with them to oversee the progress and resolve any issues that came up. She also helped me to connect with the closing attorney, obtain 6d and smoke certificates, and address all issues that came up during the renovation and negotiations. I am extremely happy that I selected her and was able to sell all properties in a timely manner. I will strongly recommend anyone to hire her for all real estate needs.

Cherie is very experienced and led us through all the steps from staging through closing of the sale of our late mothers house. She even offered overseeing appointments, finishing paperwork and other details when our schedules didn't allow for it.
