Todd made selling our home easy and stress free. He treated us like family through the experience, being kind and considerate of our needs the whole time. We had to move out of area before we sold the house so he continued to care for the house like it was his own when we were gone. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and passionate. Todd is a great guy. He was very involved from start to finish. Even when dealing with personal matters he made sure that we were taken care of by someone he trusted. He was very honest and upfront with us about the properties we viewed and gave us long term and short term possibilities for them. Overall great experience and would definitely us his services again.

I very much enjoyed and appreciated working with Todd Movsessian. He knew the area and the market in which I wanted to live and he quickly understood the features important to me and the level of importance of each. He quickly identified a perfect new home for me and provided assistance through the entire purchase process remaining available and responsive at all hours of the day and night. He has continued to check on me to be sure the transition is going well and I appreciate that level of expertise and support.
The pandemic has made real estate transactions a bit more complicated, but Todd was extremely sensitive to these issues which sharply reduced any anxiety I might have felt about the coronavirus.

Todd was very keen on listening and understanding our requirements and sent us only those listings which matched our criteria. With his vast experience dealing with houses around our neighborhood, Todd provided a lot of valuable insights during the early days of our search that helped us finalize the home of our choice.
Once we entered into contract for a new construction, he continued to follow up at every critical stage and provided his valuable suggestions. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns and he patiently handled the entire process with a smile on his face always.
We are lucky to meet Todd at the early stages of our home search. If not for his patience, knowledge and attention to detail, we would have struggled to find our dream home. He showed the same energy and passion through out such a long period as we looked at several houses and the one we finalized took several months to complete.

Todd was great to work with to help me sell my home. I had previously used him to buy the home, and knew he was perfect to help me sell it as well. He did a great job highlighting the features of the home that needed to be updated to help improve the value, priced it very well, and helped us sign an offer within 2.5 business days for over asking. I'd highly recommend Todd to help you buy or sell your home.
