My fiancé and I worked with Emily as our Buyer’s agent to purchase our home in Bedford. She was absolutely fabulous at every stage! We were in a competitive, multi-offer situation and she helped us successfully negotiate towards an accepted offer. After our offer was accepted, Emily helped us source very high quality real estate professionals - from a great home inspector to an awesome electrician to a responsive lender. She also helped us to cordially negotiate with our Sellers on a couple of issues and close within a reasonable timeframe. I would not hesitate to refer Emily to anyone and while we are confident that we bought our forever home, I would be happy to retain her again. Emily went above and beyond. We were on a tight schedule and lived out of state. Emily did virtual showings for us, she listened to our needs/wants, advocated on our behalf, had so many great resources (i.e. inspector, cleaning services, radon mitigation) for the area, and even did a mock commute so we knew that we were picking the right home (before seeing it in person). Emily was always responsive, she knew the market well, and always advocated on our behalf. We are so grateful to have worked with Emily!

We found Emily through a family friend. We were in the market for some investment properties and when we let her know our goals, she was able to help us narrow our search and find some great deals! We met Emily Medwar at a private showing in Lexington, she just happened to be the agent available to show us the house. After that initial meeting we felt comfortable with her right away and wanted her to be our real estate agent. My husband and I did not have any previous experience purchasing a house. Emily walked us through every step with patience, detail and knowledge that made the whole process less stressful. She was available anytime we needed to talk to her -she was in constant communication and was never bothered by even the smallest question. Emily really enjoys her work and it shows, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Emily Medwar’s ability to talk one ‘down off the ledge’ came into play a number of times ... she was always available to answer my questions and allay my fear of the unknowns. She knows her stuff and gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘s in my book.
