I would recommend Joan Meyer because she patiently worked with us over a long period of time to make sure we found the right new home and then when we were ready to she helped us sell our existing home in one week very successfully with a great outcome even though the market was starting to decline.
Joan was proficient and communicated effectively in all facets of the process from the many details like forms and contracts to the bigger picture of how to identify the right houses to look at or effectively sell an existing home. She has a wealth of experience to draw from and that really became evident when challenges came up we didn't expect and she was able to help us work through each one successfully.

Joan knows the real estate market in Acton/Boxborough better than anyone. She went above and beyond our expectations on both the selling and buying side for us. Her communication skills are excellent and she spend many nights on the phone with us answering questions and providing advise. Joan also has great connections with real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and contractors, all of which made our buying and selling process extremely smooth.

Joan is the most amazing broker I have ever seen. She knows the neighborhood and real estate market very well. She has spent a lot of time on our condo, e.g. spending time with appraisers required by our relocation company, spending time with contractors from the new buyers who wanted to do some project after closing, offering helps when we are not able to show up, etc. Words cannot express how grateful I am to work with Joan. Our relocation and selling our old condo cannot be done smoothly without her. Definitely recommend her to friends who need to buy/sell.

I have worked with Joan on 4 different real estate transactions. I have always been very pleased. She lives on her computer and phone so I know I can always find her. She calms me down, has amazing knowledge of the industry, and has a great attitude. She loves her job and it shows. I don't plan on having any real estate transactions in the near future and I'm somewhat sad because I will miss working with her.
