I negotiate for a living and helped negotiate the sale of my parents' second house when I was 14 years old (and several personal real estate transactions since then), and I was not planning to engage a buyer's realtor but after an initial conversation with Charles I knew it would be well worth it to engage him.
Charles did not disappoint and went above and beyond during and even after the transaction for followup questions well after he'd technically fulfilled his duties as my buyer's realtor. Highly recommend.

Charles Letovsky is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Since I have purchased several homes over the years, I appreciate his stellar knowledge, care, and follow-up. What makes him so amazing is that he also has a great eye and knows a great deal about what you might do to renovate or change the layout inside and the outside look.

Sarah Kussin was a very reliable realtor. She was friendly and helpful and did her homework on marketing.
She is familiar with the west Concord area and knows what is going on.

Sarah Kussin is an incredible broker. She managed the sale of an estate property on fairly short notice with the executor and other family members living across the country. Sarah communicates effectively about what decisions need to be made, what each step will cost, and what components she believes are most important. Sarah is a person of the upmost ethics and a wonderful, engaging person. I will not be able to stop myself from comparing all future brokers with whom I work to Sarah and if I am ever buying or selling property in her area, I hope to work with Sarah again.
