Sarah knew Wright Farm well and was highly recommended by friends who had used her in the past. They were so right!
Sarah knew what was happening with other Wright Farm properties, she priced our property appropriately given recent sales and she negotiated a higher final price than I was willing to take! She also hand delivered to us various documents, checks, etc, and was always available on her cell phone. She was patient with the new management company for Wright Farm (even though they were not always that efficient) and worked well with our lawyer on the various contracts, the closing, etc. she personally got a number of the needed sign offs from the town and others. She was always very warm and responsive.

Sarah was wonderful to work with throughout the process of buying our first home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had as much information as possible when making an offer, and guided us in a way that maximized our chance of having our offer accepted. We used Sarah Kussin when we first moved to Concord to buy a house. She was more than perfect; patient, smart, understood us, low key, and she really knows Concord.
