Jackie had a very good understanding of the current market conditions, proper pricing strategy, and did a terrific job on the staging and open houses and helped very much with other move related issues such as selling our furnishings. Very good job and worked very well with us as a team player.
The listing and marketing materials done by Barrett-Sotheby were excellent and very much helped in the sales process. Very impressive.

Jackie was not just an effective buyer agent, she was also a trusted friend who really looked out for me. She was quite discriminating in her valuation of homes and never pushed me into anything that did not meet her standard. So when we came across my eventual new home, her seal of approval gave me confidence that this was it.
The whole process on purchase of my new home went very smoothly, from initial offer to final close, with no hiccups. Timeline was short (~45 days, over Christmas/New Year holidays) but Jackie helped greatly along the way to make sure that everything stayed on track.
I would not have accomplished this process of downsizing if it was not for Jackie's steady hand and experience. She helped me find my next dream home with great understanding of my needs and vision, and she worked hard to sell my old home with perseverance. In the end, both ends worked out beautifully and seamlessly, and I have Jackie to thank for helping me move on to the next chapter of my life.

Jackie Hawkinson is amazing! She was always professional, knowledgable, patient, and thoughtful. Her availability and quick responses were incredible. She found the property we bought and talked us through each step of the process. She asked questions that we had not have thought of and provided us with fantastic recommndations for people to work with after we became owners. I cannot imagine how anyone could do a better job. She made us feel as if our best friend was supporting us through the entire process.

Lorraine Griecci was a terrific realtor in every way! She was knowledgeable, referred me to good people to accomplish the tasks required to prepare the house for market, was sensitive to not only local conditions but also current trends in setting the price. She was proactive, preparing me for each task and detail needed. She was very helpful in considering the offers that came in and spent a lot of time guiding the process from Purchase & Sale agreement to closing. Lorraine came highly recommended and I soon found out why. She was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient.
As an out of state seller I needed extra help at times to get recommendations on repair services and get advice and assistance handling details with the house. Lorraine went above and beyond the call of duty many times and worked very hard to help me sell my house.
