Upon meeting with Lorraine Griecci & Gail Hartwell we were very convinced we had the right brokers to help us with marketing our property correctly. Our home was valued at a much higher price than the average in Bedford Massachusetts, and our market to sell was smaller than the average home. I knew we needed experienced professionals to see this sale through, and Lorraine & Gail did not disappoint! After a couple of meetings to discuss the timing, and price of sale, I was convinced we had the right brokers and company helping us with selling our single largest investment. Immediately after contracting Barrett & Sotheby the action began. The listing and yard sign was done within 24 hours of signing. Open house showings were scheduled and we had instant activity. When we signed the first purchase agreement Lorraine and Gail stayed engaged and continued to market our property which paid off because the first 2 purchase agreements were later cancelled due to buyer issues, but we always had others buyers in the pipeline because Lorraine and Gail stayed engaged.
Should I ever need another listing broker, I would not hesitate to retain both Gail & Lorraine to manage the sale.
Extremely Satisfied!

Dolores was wonderful to work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I’ve been fortunate to work with her as both a buyer and seller and I will not go into the home buying or selling process again without her.

Working with Dolores while selling my mothers home in Concord MA was nothing short of a tremendous experience.
My mother and I definitely made the right choice when we decided to work with Dolores.
Communication, guidance, coaching, assistance through all the many steps involved with selling a home - not a small task. Dolores helped make our experience a pleasurable one, without any issues along the way.
In then end we got the best possible buyer - cash buyer with strong, solid offer, no contingencies. It gets no better than that !
Working with Dolores was a joy and a pleasure, we would without hesitation recommend Dolores to family & friends in and around the Concord MA area.
