I had been searching online for a property for well over a year. I then connected with a Lexington broker who just did not understand or address our needs. With an automated process she continuously sent us emails with inappropriate properties. My husband and I met Dolores at an open house in Waltham and she immediately connected with us and followed up the original meeting with personalized handwritten notes. We just knew that she was the perfect broker for us. Dolores was outstanding in every aspect of our sale. Moving after 31 years can be a daunting ordeal but Dolores provided us with clarity in the process along with a friendliness and caring which was totally unexpected in such a professional. From the preparation of our property, to the marketing, to the sales process, to the inspection, to the offer process, to the negotiation with the buyers, and ultimately to the assistance with moving and storage, Dolores and her team member, Nancy, visited us often and provided us with immeasurable moral support. Dolores was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped me out with each and every step needed. The house actually sold in 2 days. Much to my amazement . Dolores truly is fantastic to work with. If I ever Need a realtor again she will be who I call. I recommend her highly.
