Dolores Granato is a wonderful person and a fantastic realtor. She dealt with unorthodox problems that should not occur in the process of selling real estate. Each conflict was approached and solved by Dolores without hesitation due to her 100% honesty professional work ethics and she handled each problem with sophistication and grace. She made the long and complex process of selling real estate look simple. Also the independent contractors she recommended for various projects turned out to be less expensive than the ones we had found. As mentioned in my last comment, Delores became like one of my mother's dear friends that she has known for 50+ years! I understand why my mother liked Delores and her caring was apparent not only to the selling of our house but to us as a family.
