Margaret and Kevin go beyond in their care, providing a wealth of market context, experience, and planning. This is a major differentiator from other brokers, who can't provide as much expertise and guidance.
They were excellent throughout the whole process. In particular, they played a lead role in the closing because the other broker simply wasn't as responsive. This was critical to getting the deal done. Additionally, they were attentive to everything, saving me a lot of time. I always felt like I had them by my side.

Following an exceptional experience with Margaret and Kevin selling our condo, using them to buy our dream house was an easy choice.
They stepped up whenever needed and provided excellent advice to ensure that we found the right house for us. Considering this is the largest purchase we've ever made, their guidance was invaluable.
This is an incredibly difficult real estate market for buyers. Nonetheless, we couldn't be happier with our purchase, and we attribute much of that to Margaret and Kevin.

Lilia Flores was indispensable in making sure our first home purchase was a success. She was always attentive and eager to help, with a wealth of knowledge not only about the buying process but also about our neighborhood and what it might take to get our new home settled for our family. She knew our budget and requirements and did not pressure us to buy above where we comfortable. She helped negotiate a significant seller's credit after our inspections revealed a few issues, and we couldn't be happier with her advocating on our behalf. She was flexible with her schedule, and stayed on top of the seller's agent to make sure that they were communicative. As we moved toward closing Lilia continued communicating well with the other players in the deal and made sure all the documents were where they needed to be well in advance. I would recommend Lilia in a heartbeat! She was a great help.

Lilia Flores is an extremely competent realtor and our experience with her throughout our house hunting process. She is quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, even on weekends!
Lilia is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area of each of the properties we looked at, and made sure to include potential issues with future reselling opportunities as well.
When communicating between us and the sellers, she was very quick to get our questions asked and immediately let us know when they answered. If needed, she was quick to follow up with anything else we needed as well.

Lilia was very patient in that it look a lot longer to get the house on the market due to the Covid pandemic and the fact that we'd already moved quite a distance away. But she hung in there with us and the result was better than if we'd sold earlier.
