We met Lilia while she was helping our daughter sell here home and then buy another property. We were impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She took time to clearly understand our needs.She kept us informed of opportunities, and was easily accessible. Lilia was able to point out property issues that we did not notice. Lilia did an exceptional job selling our house. From start to end she was extremely professional, always responded promptly and provided a lot of support throughout the entire process. Lilia Flores is an expert when listing and selling a home. Our home had been in the family for over 100 years. Lilia understood the emotional attachment and the complexities of selling an antique house. Barrett/Sotheby's helped us with a beautiful marketing plan, including expert photography. Lilia prepared a slide presentation showing the history of renovations and owners which many prospective buyers comented on. It was a unique personal touch that made a difference.

We bought our new house under competitive circumstances, having been told by Rory and Kim that it would hit the market shortly. Through existing relationships, experience and smarts, they were able to close the deal for us... and we have been celebrating ever since!
First class sale process - our house would have sold much sooner if we had listened to their sage advice! We leaned on them for absolutely everything from a house stager to pest control companies to local babysitters! They really could not have been better.
