Their recommendations for repairs were spot-on and all of their recommended services (cleaning, trash removal, window washing, painting, and moving services) were all of tremendous help in making the selling process and the moving process as frictionless as was possible.
Their clear preference towards moving out and selling a turn-key home, ready for a quick occupancy was pivotal. A modest listing price created an exceptional level of enthusiasm in the market, which brought in many, many great offers.

Naomi DeLairre is a very professional agent. She was very helpful and provide us with good advices all along the process. She has a very good knowledge of Winchester and the neighborhood which was precious. She was present on every single visit we made but never interfere in our decisions.

Naomi DeLairre has been an excellent agent, both in the purchase of my home and its subsequent sale.
She was extremely patient and supportive even in a difficult buyer's market when many properties came and went quickly and offers didn't go through. She learned our needs and preferences and helped assess the pros and cons of different properties. Naomi helped with challenging negotiations to keep the seller engaged and working toward mutually beneficial compromise.
As a seller's agent, Naomi advised us of market conditions and optimal timing for listing and showings. She moved quickly to support our preparations for sale, and handled many of the details. Naomi provided referrals to excellent contractors for make-ready work (such as floor refinishing), and an outstanding home stager.
Naomi is invariably polite and has a positive attitude and strategic mindset. I highly recommend her for your home buying and selling needs!

I highly recommend Naomi DeLairre to others who are looking to sell their house. It can be a daunting experience but Naomi make all the difference. Of course she has years of experience (which is why, most importantly, she priced our house exactly right) and all the credentials that a great broker needs but she also brings so many extras to the experience that I only realized after the process was done. Naomi always made me feel she loved my house even when I found everything wrong with it. That kind of support is so important. Every time a similar house came on the market during our process she called me right away to discuss it's strengths & weaknesses. Constant feedback is so helpful in a busy spring market. She positioned our house in just the right way and created a huge amount of excitement around it. She squeezed in an open house on Mother's Day even though her family planned a special outing for her. After signing the contract, Naomi literally lept into action and had our house ready to go in 5 days including getting a great photographer there the next morning (because the light was perfect that day and she said it couldnt wait!). She got the big stuff right & made little stuff seem effortless (like watering porch plants before every open house so they'd look perfect). Always calm, gracious and strong, there wasn't a situation she didn't handle well. I could go on but you get the picture. Most importantly, she wanted a qualified buyer who would give us a great offer with no contingencies- and would love the house. And that's exactly what we got. Thank you Naomi!
