Jeannete made great suggestions on the items related to strategy, pricing, open houses, etc. She was readily available relative to the offers and the thought process of accepting/rejecting offers, again she is great to work with, I never felt pressure to do something I was not comfortable with. I would highly recommend her and will absolutely engage with her when I purchase my next home.

I would never use any other Broker than Kim Comeau, for property in Concord, MA. She's the best. Professional, competent, helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. No one is more proficient at handling the paperwork and getting a deal closed, than Kim.

I dislike real estate transactions in general, but Kim made the process of selling my dad’s home in Lexington as seamless and stress free as it could have been. She came highly recommended from a friend in the building/real estate business and did not disappoint. I appreciated her honesty and commitment to an ethical transaction. The transaction felt transparent and Kim was clear about the pros and cons of each decision. In the end, I benefited as well from her strong network of connections to builders in the area as well.

Kim was by far the best realtor that I have ever dealt with. Her attention to detail from start to finish was excellent. I really can't say enough positive things about Kim. She was just a pleasure to deal with and handled so many things for us. I would rate Kim a 10 out of 10.

We got a few recommendations for agents in the area and Kim was very quick to respond and she easily conveyed her knowledge of the area and in particular her experience with new construction. Kim's knowledge of the area was viral in determining which lots were good, she was honest in her assessment and didn't sugar coat some poor lots which helped us find a great property and builder. She was also very good at digging through some builders' seemingly dishonest postings which helped us avoid what looked like a bait and switch architectural plan that was seemingly underpriced. Kim was fantastic in helping us find the perfect home. She was very responsive and always ready to push on the builder when we wanted something.

Kim has been a fantastic partner in our buying and selling process. She helped us ensure our house was all ready for listing (staging, recommending small projects, etc.) to ensure we’d get top dollar when selling. We felt extremely confident when listing because of her expertise - and got several offers above ask! She is also an expert in the area and has also helped us find the ideal buying situation (even with our rather specific requirements). Kim is knowledgeable, friendly, and just overall a joy to work with.

When we began our search , the inventory was very low. Kim listened to what we wanted and crafted a search that would meet our needs. She identified a house for us and we "got it"!
