Mark helped us find a home in Boston, but also much more. We were moving from Belgium, but due to Covid needed to make all the decisions remotely. Mark guided us through the choice of neighbourhoods and schools, organised video visits and answered many many practical questions. Finally, Mark and his wife Paula even helped set up the apartment before our arrival including loaning a bed, some chairs and other essentials - definitely going beyond! Mark Carter truly exhibited excellent care and service during the rental process. He consistently went above and beyond for us such as spending extra time at virtual tours, listening to our needs, and finding listings that met our exact criteria. He navigated us through any potential pitfalls and always had our best interest in mind. He always took the time to contact us to make sure we were doing OK, see if we needed anything, and explain any processes. He made our out-of-state move to the area go smoothly, as a trustworthy and caring point of contact. We would highly recommend working with Mark whether you are looking to rent or buy! Mark was very instrumental throughout the whole process of finding our ideal rental house. A great combination of a professional agent, a local mentor, and a close advisor as a friend. I said it in the other comments. I will say it again. MARK CARTER WAS GREAT! I am very happy my daughter in law recommended him to me. Raeann Derienzo was told on a Monday and Mark had contacted me within hours from Italy. Kuttu's to him and Rae. I would highly recommend Mark. He gave us many helpful suggestions on how to update our home. We followed many of his ideas and our home looked amazing. Mark is very professional and did a very in depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price. Matk and his team marketed our house well and showed it often and we were able to get an offer on our home in just 7 days. Mark and his team were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had and were always wonderful to deal with. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house, Mark should be your first choice.
