Mark Carter was an excellent realtor for my brother Sean and me. He quickly researched the market and set expectations. He set up many showings in a short matter of time and showed comparisons with spreadsheets of various candidates. Once Mark quickly found matches he walked us through the process of leases and escrow agreements. He was available and responsive during workdays and evenings and on weekends. The tenants who are moving in have a good understanding of the house and that is due to Mark. We would definitely work with Mark again.

Cil was wonderful. She walked us through all of the overwhelming moments of buying a house, and we immediately felt comfortable with her. She was extremely professional and thorough. She helped us navigate through the 'who's who' of buying a home, and she even provided us with recommendations for surveyors, fence builders, and inspectors. I will recommend Cil to anyone I meet who needs a realtor in the area. She helped us buy our dream home in the suburbs of Boston while we were moving from Colorado. While this could have a been a headache of a situation, Cil helped everything go smoothly. I very much appreciate everything that Cil did for us in helping us buy our amazing first home.
