Each year, RealTrends highlights the top real estate websites in several categories as part of their annual website rankings. Hundreds of websites are reviewed and analyzed against several criteria, with only ten websites winning awards in each category.

RealTrends judges looked at all elements that include each category within the website rankings. The Best Design category awards websites for their clarity of messaging and ease-of-use. User experience consists of several variables including layout, clear navigation, usability, and branding on a website, and websites were judged on all criteria.
